Term: 1 Semester
The goal of this seminar is for students to achieve a deeper understanding of legal, organizational, and procedural framework conditions of architecture and urban construction. The aim is to promote knowledge about legal and economic contingencies in planning and construction as well as an awareness about the diverse roles architects and city planners play in formalized action fields.
Students will also acquire advanced knowledge about planning law instruments in the field of general and specialized urban planning legislation. The seminar includes a practice-related exercise component on binding urban land-use planning.
